No. You can qualify even if you are not currently late on your mortgage.

We do not collect SS# or any personal information on our website that can be used to harm you. The contact information we collect is used to provide you with information on our program.

What if I have received a Notice of Default?
You can still qualify for our program if you have received a NOD. You can be up to 12 months late and still get mortgage loan assistance.

What lenders do you work with?
We work with most lenders and banks in all US States.

What is a loan modification?
A loan modification is when an attorney works directly with your lender to negotiate a modification of your original mortgage note. This may include restructuring late payments, principle adjustments and adjustment to rates or payments.

Is my free consultation truly free?
LoanAid.org is dedicated to helping you. We will review your case and see if you qualify for our loan modification program. If you do not then we will recommend other services to obtain a solution. We will review your case at no charge.
